TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following general terms and conditions apply to all our deliveries and services.
Purchase agreements are only entered into with persons aged 18 or older.
These conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Q naturals. By entering into an agreement between the customer and Q naturals through the procedure as described, the customer accepts the conditions.
Deviations from these conditions are only valid if they have been explicitly agreed in writing with Q naturals.
All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply, including these terms and conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Q naturals has the right to change the conditions and content of the Q naturals websites at any time.
No rights can be derived from images or examples shown on the website. Typos and spelling errors are reserved.
3. Shipping costs
The amount of shipping costs within the Netherlands are EUR 3.95 regardless of the number of items.
No postage costs are charged for orders above 60 euros within the Netherlands.
The shipping costs abroad are as follows:
- € 12.50 for shipments to Belgium and Germany, Luxembourg, France, Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Sweden;
- € 18.50 for shipments to all other European countries;
- € 24.50 for shipping to all non-European countries.
The shipments are carried out by PostNL Parcel Post.
Orders that have been paid are in most cases shipped the same working day. Orders that arrive during the afternoon and in the evening will be shipped the next working day. In principle, Q naturals delivers your order within 2 working days within the Netherlands. Delivery to other European countries will take at least a few working days. The exact duration depends on the country of destination. If a product is not in stock, you will be notified about the expected delivery time.
After an order you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your order and the total costs, including shipping. Each order is only delivered after payment. You can pay online through the internet checkout or a bank transfer via bank account.
All offers from Q naturals are without obligation and Q naturals expressly reserves the right to change prices, in particular when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations. All offers are based on availability. Price changes, product changes and / or assortment changes are reserved at all times.
An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Q naturals. Q naturals is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Q naturals will communicate this within 7 working days after receipt of the order.
If an order has not been delivered to the customer, but has been shipped by Q naturals, Q naturals will wait 2 weeks for domestic shipments, and 4 weeks for international shipments, before re-executing an order if necessary.
Q naturals is not liable for exceeding the stated delivery times or for loss or damage by PostNL parcel post.
Deliveries to other countries within the EU will take at least a few working days. The exact duration depends on local circumstances.
6. Returns and Warranty
Q naturals does everything it can to provide you with a perfect product. If you do not wish to purchase a product for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product to Q naturals within 7 working days after delivery and to dissolve the agreement. Returns are only accepted in this case if the packaging of the product is undamaged. At the latest within thirty days after the dissolution, Q naturals will refund the amount of the article to your account. The direct costs of return are for your account. We ask you to notify Q naturals of this in advance by e-mail.
Any defects found must be reported in writing to Q naturals within 7 working days after discovery. If it is shown that the products do not comply with the agreement, Q naturals has the choice to replace the products in question by returning them with new products or to refund the invoice price plus paid shipping costs. All this will take place in consultation with the manufacturer. For each item it must be examined whether you can make a claim under the warranty. Q naturals will contact the supplier and then work with you to find a suitable solution.
No returns or exchanges will be made if the item has been unpacked or used, but is not defective
All products included in the Q naturals range have been carefully selected. The delivered articles have those properties that you can expect under normal use on the basis of the agreement. You can submit any complaints to us in writing or by e-mail.
The content of this site has been compiled with the greatest care. However, Q naturals cannot rule out that certain information is incorrect and / or incomplete. Q naturals is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on its website.
8. Force majeure
Without prejudice to its other rights, Q naturals has the right, in case of force majeure, to suspend the execution of your order, or to dissolve the agreement, without judicial intervention, by notifying you in writing. and without Q naturals being obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards, reasonableness and fairness.
Circumstances in this sense include a business failure, a failure in the energy or material supply, transport delay, a strike and suppliers failing to deliver or failing to deliver on time.
9. Privacy Statement
All personal data is used exclusively by Q naturals and will never be made available to third parties, if necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order.
Q naturals will always try to find a solution with you first.
Disputes between the consumer and Q naturals regarding goods and services to be delivered or delivered can, with due observance of the provisions below, be submitted by both you as a consumer and by Q naturals to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee.
A dispute will only be handled by the Disputes Committee if you have first submitted your complaint to Q naturals within a reasonable time.
No later than three months after you have submitted the complaint to Q naturals, the dispute must be submitted in writing to the Disputes Committee.
If you want to submit a dispute to the Disputes Committee, Q naturals is bound by this choice. The Disputes Committee makes a decision under the conditions as laid down in the regulations of the Disputes Committee. The decisions of the Disputes Committee are made by way of binding advice.
