• € 18.50 for shipments to other European countries.

Orders which have been paid are shipped as soon as possible and in most cases the same working day . Orders that arrive during the afternoon and in the evening will be shipped the next working day .

Returns

Q naturals does everything it can to provide you with a perfect product. If you do not wish to purchase a product for any reason whatsoever, you have the right to return the product to Q naturals within 7 working days after delivery and to dissolve the agreement. Returns are only accepted in this case if the packaging of the product is undamaged. At the latest within thirty days after the dissolution , Q naturals will refund the amount of the article to your account. The direct costs of returning are for your account. We ask you to notify Q naturals in advance by e-mail.
