Returns
Q naturals does everything it can to provide you with a perfect product. If you do not wish to purchase a product for any reason whatsoever, you have the right to return the product to Q naturals within 7 working days after delivery and to dissolve the agreement. Returns are only accepted in this case if the packaging of the product is undamaged. At the latest within thirty days after the dissolution , Q naturals will refund the amount of the article to your account. The direct costs of returning are for your account.
